New release!

Prism's tenant-facing mobile app has been rebuilt from the ground up with modern architecture and an expanded feature set. The new version includes a refreshed visual design that matches the redesigned web tenant portal an improved home screen that shows:

• recently submitted work orders
• upcoming visitors and amenity reservations
• important building announcements
• activity feed with a 7-day view of work updates, approvals and visitors

Tenants can now register multiple visitors in one session, add amenities and configure floor setups for reservations, and access a persistent action button throughout the app to quickly report work orders, register visitors, and book resources.

The modernized experience makes it easier for tenants to report issues faster while helping property teams resolve work faster and improve satisfaction.
