Recurring work orders now display in work order details report

A fix has been implemented to resolve an issue where recurring work orders were not displaying in the Work Order Details Report.

What we fixed:

  • Recurring work orders visibility: Resolved the data loading problem that was specifically affecting recurring work orders in the Work Order Details Report.
  • Complete report functionality: All report sections now properly display data for both recurring and one-time work orders.
  • Filter compatibility: Fixed how recurring work order data processes when you apply report filters like Created By Name, Completed Date, and others.

Work order total count discrepancy resolved

We've resolved a data issue where the Work Order Details Report showed different total counts across tabs when exported to Excel.

What we fixed:

  • Export accuracy: All Excel export tabs now display the same work order counts that match your actual data.
  • Data integrity: Corrected the underlying calculation problems that were causing different totals across report sections.

"Undefined" date fields corrected in Prism usage report

We've fixed a display issue where date fields in the Prism Usage Report were showing as "undefined" instead of showing the actual dates.

Updates:

  • Date field display: Resolved the problem where "undefined" text was appearing in date columns throughout the Prism Usage Report.
  • Data formatting: Fixed the underlying date formatting system to properly display date values.
  • Report readability: All date fields now show correct, clear date information that's easy to read and understand.

Vendor contract audit report refresh

Previously, the vendor contract audit report was not refreshing data, showing outdated information, and generating errors when attempting manual refresh.

Updates:

  • Report refresh functionality: Restored automatic and manual refresh capabilities for the Vendor Contract Audit Report
  • Data currency: Resolved stale data issue that prevented reports from displaying current vendor contract information
  • Error handling: Fixed refresh errors that were blocking report updates across all accounts
