Property group updates in the Work Order grid
Easily select a property when creating a work order with the updated Property Group filter. This dropdown will display only the relevant property groups that matter to you, saving you time navigating through a long list of properties.
Teams and Property Group grids
For accounts associated with multiple property management groups, the Teams and Property Group grids now include "Managed By" and "Created By" columns. This enhancement helps you identify the property management organization responsible for creating or managing a team or group.
Inline filtering against columns
Searching for specific information within the inspections and work order grid is now simpler with inline filtering against specific columns. Easily find the data you need by applying filters directly within the grid.
Custom Fields updates
You can now customize your fields by setting the phone number field as a private custom field and making it a required entry.
My Equipment link out in the property profile
Within Prism’s Property Profile, you can access a filtered list of equipment specific to that property through the new My Equipment link out feature. provides convenient reference and simplified reporting for property-specific equipment.
Language update for United Kingdom and Australia
Customers in the UK and Australia can now view Prism in their native language. With language translation, words like "Labour", "Odour", and "Colour" will be displayed appropriately, making the user experience more familiar and user-friendly.
Scheduled Grid within Work Order
Active work orders and scheduled work orders are now displayed on separate grids within the Work Order module.
