We've made several new updates to the mobile app for property managers:

Easily access all the work assigned to you right from the mobile app. With just a few taps, you can select “My Tasks” and jump right into your task list to stay on top of your workload.

The filter options have been moved to the top-left corner of the app
Stay organized and focused by narrowing down your work list based on due dates. Choose from options like today, tomorrow, this week, or this month to better prioritize your tasks and ensure timely completion. Tasks can also be sorted by due date, last modified, or created date.
New grouping options include property, due date, status, or ungrouped tasks.
Finding specific work orders is now hassle-free. Quickly locate tickets based on the Tenant Company that requested the work.

Stay in control of your billing preferences. You can now indicate whether a charge is billable or not, and whether it is taxable or tax-exempt.
The platform now saves your pre-set defaults for labor and materials. If you have the necessary permissions, you can easily override those defaults to better suit your requirements.
Accurately track when labor was done for each charge. The “Performed On” date for labor can be easily filled out.
Effortlessly update the “Bill to” field and quickly edit recipient information for any charge.
Customize your charge codes to align with your account’s unique needs. This simplifies the accounting process and ensures accurate categorization.
