To comply with JLL’s SOC Compliance requirements, we have implemented a new workflow for Yardi Integrations and user access to Yardi Outbound Batches. For a user to activate a Yardi Outbound Sync, they must be granted the "YARDI User" Permission Group. This group is a predefined user group that includes the necessary permissions to perform the Yardi Batch. Please note that only a Prism Super User, specifically a Building Engines Employee, can assign this permission group to any PMO User
