Platform enhancements
Import and export improvements
Pre-import validation catches problems before data is saved
Prism now checks every import file the moment you upload it and shows you what needs fixing. Export the validation results, correct your source file, and upload it again. Nothing is written to your account until the file passes, so bad data stays out and additional cleanup is rarely needed.

Bulk row delete on the import validation screen
When an import returns errors, you can now check as many rows as you need and delete them in a single action. Clearing out problem rows no longer takes one click per row, which makes it much easier to load accurate data on the first pass.

Date and time editing on the Review & Fix screen
Hours and minutes can be edited on the Import Review & Fix screen, alongside the date. Pick a value or type it in, using AM/PM or 24-hour format depending on your locale. Because existing values fill in automatically, a wrong time gets fixed right there instead of in the source file.

Restore equipment records that an import overwrote
Rollback now returns overwritten records to the values they held before the import, including barcodes and custom field values. A preview shows exactly what will be removed, what will be restored, and what can’t be reversed before you confirm. If someone edited a record after the import ran, rollback skips that record instead of overwriting the change.
A few limits apply. Restoring overwritten records covers equipment only for now, and only imports run after this feature launched can be restored. Users and Files aren’t supported for rollback.
Undo Preventive Maintenance task and reservation imports
Completed Preventive Maintenance task imports and reservation imports can now be rolled back in one step, which removes the tasks or reservations the import created. A mistaken file is a quick fix instead of an afternoon spent finding and deleting records by hand.
Rollback for contract templates, purchase orders, and more
Contract templates, purchase orders, materials, charge codes, and regions join the list of imports that can be rolled back. Anyone who runs an accidental import can undo it and return changed data to its original state. To prevent data conflicts, rollback is available for 24 hours after the import, in Prism’s modern interface.
Spaces created during an import, such as suites and floors, now follow a defined rollback process. The rollback preview and results account for them, so undoing an import that touched your space hierarchy leaves no surprise leftovers.

Floor name checks during space and tenant imports
Space and tenant imports now compare floor names with the floors that already exist on the property. A typo, a different naming style, or an extra space shows up as an error on that row, where it used to create a brand-new floor without warning. Fix the file before anything is saved and your floor list stays free of duplicates.

Create floors during property imports
Property bulk import can set up floors in the same upload. Floor labels can follow a simple numeric pattern or a custom style such as Tower-1 and Tower-2, or L1, L2, and L3. Re-importing a property with additional floors adds only the new ones and leaves existing floors untouched. Onboarding a portfolio takes one import instead of an import followed by manual floor setup at every property.

One import for every space type
Suites, Common Area, and Other have been retired as separate import options. The unified Spaces import covers every space type in one workflow, so there’s only one path to follow when loading space data.
Bulk import for labor and materials, plus material export
Migrating from another system or loading history after a billing cycle is simpler with bulk import of labor and materials records for work orders, preventive maintenance tasks, and inspections. On the export side, material records come out of the grid directly, with new filters for building, charge code, labor rate, bill-to, billable, taxable, and record type to narrow the results first.

Bulk import for labor rate templates
Labor rate templates can be uploaded from a file instead of entered one at a time. Setting up a new property or updating rates across many roles each year now takes a single import and leaves less room for typos. The import tool labels this option “Rates.” Individual labor entries on work orders, PM tasks, and inspections are still logged through those task screens as usual.

Self-service import for inspection schedule questions
Checklist questions can now be added to an existing inspection schedule from a CSV file, one question per row. Setup used to mean sending a spreadsheet to the implementation team and waiting for them to load it. The new import runs through the same screen as every other bulk import, with progress tracking and a downloadable row-level error report if something needs correcting.
Questions in the file are merged into the schedule you choose, and the same file can be applied across several schedules. The existing whole-schedule importer and the manual Questions builder both work exactly as before.

Matching fields in PM schedule imports and exports
PM schedule imports and exports now cover the same fields, with matching column labels on both sides. Export your schedules, make large changes in a spreadsheet, and re-import them without losing data along the way.
More reliable certificate of insurance imports
Special characters arrive intact in insurance and certificate of insurance imports, and values stop getting cut off mid-field. A mis-quoted row no longer shifts the columns after it; the import wizard flags it before you submit the file. Data lands in the right fields the first time, with no after-the-fact audit of certificates.
Export Visible Columns matches your screen
Choosing “Export Visible Columns” gives you exactly what’s on your grid. Exports used to include fewer columns than expected, which left people wondering whether data was missing. The fix covers grids across Prism, including Work Orders, Projects, Buildings, Survey Templates, and Reservations.
Admin improvements
Grant region access when creating a user
New users can arrive with the right properties on day one, since regional access can be granted during the original create or invite. The Regions column on the Users grid sorts, so finding the right people is quicker. If a building access save fails because of a missing permission, the error message names it instead of showing a generic failure.
Manage user property access by region
Admins can manage a user’s property access at the region level with more visibility than before. Property counts now reflect only the buildings you manage, and a sortable Region column on the Users grid makes auditing quick. A confirmation dialog lists exactly which properties will be added or removed before you save, so changes never happen silently. Clearer permission error messages help you resolve problems without opening each user record.
Custom field columns sort on the Users list
Clicking a custom field column header on the new Users list will sort the rows. Admins can order users by the fields their organization relies on without exporting the list to sort it elsewhere.

Vendor view-only access to work order schedules
The permission to manage recurring work orders is enforced behind the scenes for parent and scheduled work orders. Vendors and other view-only users can see work order schedules and have no way to change them, however the request is made. Clients get a firmer answer on what their vendors can and can’t edit.
