"My pending approvals" filter: A new filter in the Work Orders Invoice Approvals section shows only the invoices that need your approval. This streamlined view saves you time by eliminating the need to search through emails or scroll through all invoices to find the ones waiting for you.

Invoice total accuracy:  The system now prevents you from saving or submitting invoices until all charge line amounts add up to the total invoice amount. This validation catches errors before they reach Accounts Payable, ensuring your financial data stays accurate and eliminates discrepancies.
