Additional service and sub-service categories in bid management
We've expanded Prism's service classification system with 10 new service categories and over 300 additional service types to help you organize contracts and bids more effectively.
New service categories include:
- Architectural & engineering design services
- Construction & installation services
- Tenant services
- Hard facilities services
- MRO (maintenance, repair, and operations)
- Soft facilities services
- Equipment & machinery
- Information technology
This expanded categorization makes it easier to find and manage the specific services you need for each project. These categories are also applied to Contracts and My Companies.
Mark vendor invoice as paid
A new 'Mark As Paid' button now appears on vendor invoices after they've been approved. Property management organization (PMO) users can click this button to update the invoice status from 'Invoice Approved' to 'Paid', making it easier to track payment completion and manage your invoice workflow.
Upload vendor invoice visibility
A new 'Can View All Company Invoices' permission gives you better control over invoice access. PMO users automatically get full visibility to all invoices, while vendors can only see invoices from their own company. This ensures everyone has the right level of access while keeping your invoice data secure.
Invoice total validation
Vendor invoices now require that all charge lines add up to match the invoice total before submission. This validation check helps catch errors early and ensures your invoice data stays accurate and reliable.
