Work Orders

Prism will save the requester’s organization automatically when a work order is created. Requesters who belong to more than one organization choose the right one from a company picker, which keeps the data accurate. A new Requester Company column in the work order grid shows it at a glance, so there is no need to export every column to find it. Teams that report on work orders through integrations also receive the requester’s organization ID with each work order.

Work orders created before this release do not have the field filled in.
