Prism Tenant Portal

All tenants transitioned to new portal experience

Every tenant has been transitioned to the new Prism tenant portal. As of October 21, 2026, the option to opt out and return to legacy Prism has been removed. Tenants who were still in legacy Prism saw an in-app guide announcing the date and encouraging them to switch before it arrived.

Record view for grid rows

Open any grid row as a record view, a vertical panel that lists every field for that record, and skip the side-to-side scrolling through wide grids. The panel stays open while you move between records and pages. Search for a field, hide empty fields, pin the fields you use most, and edit right in the panel.
