Surveys now available in the app
A new Survey section on the Tenant app home page lets tenants review and complete surveys without leaving the app. Each survey moves through an overview, the questionnaire, a save and resume step, and a confirmation screen, so tenants can pause and finish later.
Log out of all devices
A "Logout of All Devices" option at the bottom of the screen signs a tenant out of every active device at once.
Your property logo in the app
The property logo now appears in the app’s top navigation. If a property has no logo in Prism, the app shows the account logo, and the Prism logo appears when neither one exists.
Visitor notifications link to visitor details
Tenants can select a visitor check-in notification to open that visitor’s details page.
