Prism projects is now available to all customers!
Prism Projects streamlines the management of CapEx and sustainability projects for property teams, ensuring they're completed on-time and within budget—all within the same system used for daily operations.
- Easily convert work orders, vendor bids, and other tasks into CapEx and sustainability projects.
- Manage projects at scale, from lobby renovations to portfolio-wide sustainability programs, all in one platform.
- Seamlessly integrate with in-house systems to keep data accurate and up-to-date.
- Quickly spot tasks that fall outside a project's timeline.
- Use the new Projects Report to monitor and keep projects on track.
Projects: Custom forms and fields
We've introduced a new permission and interface to edit the six default project categories across your account.
Users can add custom fields to each project category, enhancing project details with numeric, text, and other field types.
"Decline" option and text for tenant compliance
You can now easily decline pending tasks without the need to complete compliance questions or submit them for review. This streamlined process allows you quickly address tasks in New or Open status, making it easier to manage and clean up overdue or unnecessary tasks.
Example: If a tenant has vacated or equipment has been removed from a property but Prism wasn't updated before the compliance deadline, users can simply decline the task.
Tenant company information on the Tenant Compliance task page
When you access a tenant compliance task, you can now view the following information:
- Tenant Company Name
- Tenant Contact Details
- Primary Contact of the Company
- Suite Information
