New Export options for Teams and Audiences
We've added powerful new export capabilities to help you manage your user groups and communication audiences more effectively.
- Export audiences (Communications): Export your list of audiences for easier analysis and sharing. This helps you maintain consistent communication strategies and understand your audience segmentation across properties
- Export Teams (My Users): Export your list of teams to improve team management and reporting. Share team structures with stakeholders or analyze team distribution across your portfolio
Scheduling improvements across Prism modules
Enhanced scheduling functionality is updated across Tenant Compliance, Preventive Maintenance, Inspections, and Accounting to prevent errors and improve clarity.
- No past-time selection: You can't select task creation times in the past when the start date is today, preventing scheduling errors
- Clear timezone display: Timezone is now clearly displayed and defaults to UTC, eliminating confusion about when tasks will execute
- Automatic validation: The system automatically re-validates time when you change the timezone, ensuring your schedule remains accurate
- Cleaner interface: "Ends" options are hidden for one-time schedules since they don't apply, reducing visual clutter and potential confusion

Updates to Permissions
Permissions throughout the platform have been updated with a more streamlined and intuitive approach:
- Individual group focus: Manage specific user groups (Engineers, Property Managers, Vendors, etc.) without distraction. Focus on one group at a time to understand and adjust their exact access levels
- Smart filtering: Segment permissions by category (Bid Management, Space Management, Accounting, etc.) to quickly locate related permissions
- Intelligent search: Instantly find specific permissions or groups using the search function
- Quick status views: Toggle between Enabled and Disabled permissions to see what a group can or cannot access
- Flexible views: Switch between Cards and Table view based on your workflow preference and the task at hand
