Work Order notes: Notes now appear when creating work orders on mobile. You can view context, special instructions, or historical information right when you need it, without switching to the web platform.

Vendor contract information: When you select a vendor as the assignee on a work order, you'll see their contract details directly in the mobile app:

• The first contract in the list determines what appears
• If the end date is in the future, contract information is shown, including start and end dates
• If the end date is in the past, no vendor contract information is displayed

Pending tenant estimate alerts: When a work order has a pending tenant estimate approval, the app displays a message with the estimate amount. You can dismiss the message as it doesn't block the work order from being completed, but it keeps you informed of approval status

Due Date, Created Date, and Completed Date are now available as filters on work order, preventive maintenance, and inspection lists in the mobile app.
