Prism's new Archive feature helps you maintain an accurate, current collection of Certificates of Insurance (COIs) while preserving historical records.

• Archive feature: Hide certificates from the grid and exclude them from company compliance calculations. Use this when you have certificates that are no longer needed for active compliance tracking but that you want to keep for your records. Archived certificates remain in your system but don't impact your current compliance metrics.
• Delete feature: Permanently remove COIs from Prism when you're certain you won't need the certificate record in the future. This completely removes the certificate from your system.
