Collapsable sidebar
The collapsible sidebar feature lets you hide the side menu with a single click, creating a cleaner workspace and expanding your main content view. This gives you control over your layout—keep the sidebar open when you need quick access to its tools, or collapse it when you want a distraction-free experience. Especially useful on smaller screens or when multitasking, this feature helps you customize your workspace to match your current task.
Automatic task acknowledgement for work orders
When vendors accept a "Not to Exceed" (NTE) price, the system now automatically acknowledges the related task with a timestamp, eliminating manual steps and saving valuable time. Previously, task acknowledgment required individual user action, but now the entire vendor company receives credit when an NTE is accepted. The interface clearly shows this change with a selected "Acknowledged" button and a timestamped record in the History section. This streamlined process improves efficiency by recognizing NTE acceptance as confirmation that vendors are ready to proceed with work.
