The new Property Impairments feature allows you to flag property areas with potential safety concerns and keep your entire management team informed. Available on both web and mobile platforms, this tool lets you document critical issues by specifying the impairment type, adding a detailed description, and setting an expected resolution timeline.

You can also include optional supplementary information that remains visible to team members accessing the affected property page, spaces, or equipment. Simply fill out the relevant details in the Prism Report Impairment interface and click "Report Impairment" to notify all appropriate parties instantly. This enhancement helps maintain transparency about safety conditions throughout your properties.
