Property managers and engineers can now attach short videos to work orders and preventive maintenance tasks directly from their mobile devices, enhancing visual communication in the field. This feature allows you to either upload existing videos from your device or record new ones through the app.

How To Use Video Attachments
- Adding videos: Tap the "Media" section in any work order or PM task and select the video option. Choose to upload from your gallery or record a new video. Your video appears as a thumbnail once saved.
- Removing videos: Simply tap the "X" on any video thumbnail and confirm to delete.
- Working offline: Feel free to attach videos even without internet connection—they'll automatically upload when you're back online.

- Best practice: Record videos directly through the app for guaranteed uploads (25MB limit applies to all devices and resolutions).
- Time limit: Each video can be up to 60 seconds in length.
- Attachment limit: You can add up to 3 videos per task.
- Automatic optimization: All videos are automatically compressed for efficient storage and quick viewing.
