Tenant Compliance task summary dashboard card

A new Tenant Compliance task card is now available on the Prism dashboard. This card provides quick and easy insights into the status of Tenant Compliance tasks. Please note that users must enable this card to appear on their Dashboard.

Steps to enable the dashboard card:

  1. Navigate to your Prism Home page which displays your Dashboard Cards
  2. Select the “gear” icon
  3. Select “Tenant Compliance Tasks Summary”
  4. Turn on “Show Card” and (optionally) select Auto-Refresh Rate (if enabled, data within the Dashboard Card will automatically refresh)
  5. Click “Done”
  6. Tenant Compliance Tasks Summary card will now display on your Dashboard

My Properties site plan dashboard card

Get quick and easy access to an aerial view of your property’s site with the new site plan dashboard cards. This card provides a convenient a visual way to view all the equipment on the roof, along with their current conditions and associated tasks. Additionally, this link-out feature provides direct access to the property profile in Prism. From there, you can easily navigate through Prism to explore other areas and information pertaining to that property.

Steps to Enable Dashboard Card:

  1. Navigate to your Prism Home page which displays your Dashboard Cards.
  2. Select the “gear” icon
  3. Select “My Property Site Plans”
  4. Turn on “Show Card” and (optionally) select Auto-Refresh Rate (if enabled, data within the Dashboard Card will automatically refresh)
  5. Click “Done”
  6. My Property Site Plans card will now display on your Dashboard
