Prism Mobile Offline session redesign

Access an upgraded mobile experience and improved offline capabilities. See crucial data, add labor without specifying a rate, and complete tasks while offline. The new offline data process eliminates unnecessary downloads and reduces data consumption, so you can stay productive and complete tasks uninterrupted, anywhere and anytime.

"Offline Mode" in the Prism Mobile app allows access without an internet connection, so you can perform make updates and perform tasks even when you’re offline. Any changes made in offline mode are saved on your device and updated automatically when you reconnect to the internet.

Available actions in offline sessions:

Access data from when online, if already logged in
Add Labor with no Rate
Tasks assigned to Me or My Teams will be auto-downloaded (i.e., available offline) with the following parameters:

• When due date is between last 14 to next 14 days

• Tasks completed by me in last 5 days

• Complete Tasks (WO, PM, INSP)

• Add Photos and Add Comments
