Read only vendor invoices
Users without the "Can Edit Closed Work Order Invoices" accounting permission can now view vendor invoice information on closed work orders in read only mode. This ensures financial data remains accessible for reference while preventing unauthorized changes to invoices that have been processed in accounting. Other work order fields remain editable as appropriate.
Enhanced work order notification controls
Prism now provides granular control over work order email notifications, allowing you to customize notification settings separately for reactive, scheduled, and recurring work orders.
When you enable a main notification event, it automatically applies to all one-off reactive work orders. Independent checkboxes beneath each event let you selectively enable notifications for scheduled and recurring work order types.
This enhanced flexibility ensures you receive the right notifications for each work order category without unnecessary emails.
