Reorganized service categories and service types: We've streamlined Prism's service categories and service types by removing duplicates and inconsistencies. The cleaner structure makes it easier to find and attach the right service types, with clearer naming conventions throughout.

Flexible vendor updates in contact drafts: You can now change vendor companies at any point before activating a contract. This makes it simple to handle company mergers, acquisitions, and name changes during contract cloning and renewals. All contract fields stay fully editable until you're ready to finalize.
