New Property Notes grid
The new Notes Grid tab in the My Properties module enhances communication and information sharing across your property management teams.
Key features include:
- Property-linked notes: Easily add free-text notes associated with one or multiple properties.
- Flexible information sharing: Share critical information such as access codes, emergency procedures, and temporary instructions effortlessly.
- Region-specific visibility: Notes visibility is tailored to regions, with some regions allowing access to both PMO users and vendors, while others restrict access to PMO users only.
- Work Order integration: A special icon appears during work order creation to indicate the presence of property notes, ensuring important information is never overlooked.
