New Labor grid
A New Labor Grid tab is now available within the My Users module. This feature provides instant visibility into your team's labor reporting, offering:
- Real-time insights into individual team member productivity
- Detailed breakdowns of hours worked, including billable and actual rates
- Task-specific information such as work orders, preventative maintenance, and inspections
- Customizable filters for properties, regions, teams, and date ranges
- Export capabilities for further analysis and reporting
Advanced search across various document types
A new AI-enhanced search capability has been added in Prism to help locate and access critical documents and information. This advanced search functionality applies to uploaded documents and extends to additional file fields across various document types, including:
- Certificates - Company, Coverage Type, Policy #, Start Date, End Date, Limit, Notes, Agent Name, Agent Phone, Agent Email Address, NAIC #
- Leases - Lease start/end date, Property, Floor number, Suite number, Tenant name, Tenant contact, Annual rental rate
- Purchase Orders - PO Number, Property name, Property ID, Vendor, PO Amount, Notes, Materials
- Invoices - Invoice Number, Amount, Due date, Line items, Vendor
- Contracts - Name, Company name, Properties, Start/End date, Notes, Include in assigned work, Scope of work, Billable amount, Contract number, Payment terms, Expense code, Hourly rate, Last negotiated, Annual cost, Primary Contact, Service type, Service frequency, Billing frequency
