Project Performance dashboard

The enhanced Project Performance Dashboard in Prism gives you a comprehensive, at-a-glance view of your project portfolio's health and progress.

The dashboard presents critical project-level Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through three intuitive, graphical cards:

  1. Project status & priority
  2. Project budget accuracy
  3. Project completion accuracy

Each card offers a visual representation of your projects' performance, allowing you to quickly assess and identify areas that need attention or are excelling. You can click through any graph segment to access a pre-filtered list of projects meeting specific criteria.

Projects notifications

We’ve added new project notifications in Prism, designed to keep your team informed, on track, and proactive in managing projects and tasks.

The six new notifications are:

  1. Project task is coming due
  2. Project task is overdue
  3. Project task is recurringly overdue
  4. Project is coming due
  5. Project is overdue
  6. Project is recurringly overdue

These notifications are automatically triggered based on your project and task timelines.

Project hours: Project tasks and work orders

Projects contains a new "Hours" Project KPI, offering a consolidated view of planned and completed hours across all project components.

Key improvements include:

  1. New "Hours" project KPI: Available in Project Details, this KPI summarizes planned and completed hours from both Project Tasks and associated Work Orders.
  2. Enhanced Project Dashboard: The main grid now displays total "Planned" and "Completed" hours for each project, as well as total billable hours from linked Work Orders.
  3. Expanded export functionality: These new hour-related fields are now included in the Projects export feature, allowing for more detailed offline analysis.
  4. Additional API Metrics: We've made Project Task duration and overall Project duration available through our API. This allows for more sophisticated integrations and custom reporting.

These enhancements will be incorporated into the second phase of Project Dashboard KPIs for improved graphical representation and reporting capabilities.
