- Building hours: Easily view operating hours for each property directly from the mobile app
- Property groups: Access a clear overview of property groupings, including the number of properties in each group.
- Property files:
• View and share web-uploaded files directly from your mobile device
• Download property-related documents for offline access
Contacts
We’ve expanded the information available for each contact. The updated Contacts page will include:
- Email addresses
- Roles
- Phone numbers with tap-to-call functionality
These additions will improve your ability to work efficiently from your mobile device.
Enhanced impairment reporting
Impairment reporting allows you to track and manage non-functioning or damaged assets with greater accuracy.
Key improvements include:
- Granular impairment specification: You can now report impairments with enhanced precision, specifying affected spaces, floors, or equipment.
- Select multiple assets: Mark multiple floors, spaces, or equipment items as impaired in a single report, streamlining the documentation process.
- Comprehensive asset pages: Impairment information is now displayed on the corresponding floor, space, and equipment pages, providing a holistic view of asset status.
- Equipment-specific impairments: Easily mark individual or multiple equipment items as impaired, enhancing your ability to track technical issues.
