Estimated labor hours on work orders must be greater than zero when including labor estimates at creation. This validation ensures accurate resource planning and cost forecasting by preventing incomplete assessments from entering the system.

If a work order truly requires no labor (such as a materials-only purchase), simply leave the labor estimate field blank—validation only applies when choosing to enter an estimate.
