Vendor Management
Vendors access their contracts directly in Prism
Vendors access their own contracts directly in Prism with permission-based, read-only visibility.
Vendors can find their contracts in two convenient locations: a dedicated Contracts module in their navigation menu, and a Contracts tab on their My Company page. Contract terms, service categories, property assignments, and any changes made over time are all visible.

Export property IDs for contract coverage audits
Contracts exports include Property ID as a selectable column, giving asset managers overseeing large portfolios the efficient data needed for comprehensive contract coverage audits. The new "Export All Columns" functionality ensures complete contract data in a single export, including unique property identifiers that align with work orders and PM task grids.

Complete contract data in import and export
Contract import and export capabilities have been significantly enhanced to support complete data migration, prevent data loss, and improve workflow automation. The import template includes all essential fields, with enhanced validation that catches errors before data enters the system. Field labels have been standardized across all interfaces to ensure consistency and prevent workflow automation issues.
New export fields include external_key, primary_contact, include_in_assigned_work, service_type, is_paid, updated_at, updated_by, and phase-completeness indicators. Data formatting improvements include comma-separated properties for multi-property contracts, Yes/No values for clear readability, and proper currency formatting for financial fields.
Import validation provides clear error messages identifying specific issues before completion, giving the opportunity to review and correct problems before data is loaded.
Track invoice approval tier status in real-time
Vendor invoices display real-time approval tier status, showing exactly where each invoice stands in the approval process. The active approval tier, who needs to act next, and overall approval progress are all visible without relying on email chains or separate tracking spreadsheets.
