Preventive Maintenance
Delete unused procedures with schedule protection
Preventive Maintenance procedures that are no longer needed can be deleted, helping keep maintenance data clean, current, and organized. Delete procedures individually from the procedure detail page, or select multiple procedures and remove them all at once from the procedures grid.
The system includes important safeguards to protect active maintenance programs. If a procedure has active schedules linked to it, Prism displays exactly which schedules are using that procedure before allowing deletion. Those schedules must be removed or reassigned first, ensuring maintenance data stays accurate and ongoing preventive maintenance work isn't accidentally disrupted.
This feature is available to users with "Can Manage Preventive Procedures" permission.

Remove obsolete schedules individually or in bulk
Preventive Maintenance schedules that are no longer in use can be deleted, providing better control over keeping the preventive maintenance program current and organized. Delete schedules individually when removing a specific outdated schedule, or select multiple schedules from the grid and remove them all at once for efficient bulk cleanup.
This feature is available to users with "Can Manage Preventive Schedules" permission.
