View taxable status and actual hours directly in labor grids
Essential billing and time-tracking data appears directly in the labor and materials grid on task details pages. "Taxable" and "Actual Hours" columns display right alongside other labor information, eliminating the need to open individual line items to verify billing details or track time.
Updates to imports, exports, and reporting
Improvements to Prism's import and export capabilities deliver more complete data management, better accuracy, and faster workflows throughout the platform:
- Enhanced bulk import with field alignment and comprehensive validation: Bulk import templates have been completely redesigned for clarity and reliability. Column headers match UI field names exactly, with format requirements clearly indicated in the template itself. All fields undergo validation against business rules before import. When issues are detected, specific error messages identify the row, field, invalid value, and correction needed.
- Custom fields enabled in work order bulk import : The work order bulk import template supports custom field data directly. When downloading the template, it automatically includes columns for all configured custom fields, allowing complete work orders to be created with all required data in a single upload.
- Safety notes column added to equipment exports: Safety Notes appear in equipment exports alongside all other equipment information. When exporting equipment data using the "Export All Columns" option, Safety Notes are included automatically.
- Currency display aligned between user interface and exports: Currency values in exports match exactly what appears in the web interface. For Singapore operations and other multi-currency environments, contracts, Issue Types, and Work Order charges correctly display the proper currency designation (like SGD) in exports, just as they appear on screen.
- Phone number and property columns added to My Users grid: Phone Number and Property are available as column options in the My Users grid. Add these fields to your view with simple column configuration, providing quick access to user contact information and property assignments without opening individual profiles.
- Grid export functionality enabled across platform: Data exports directly from grid views across Communications (Messages, Audiences, Templates), Bid Management (Requests, Templates, Vendor Blocklist), Resource Reservations (Reservations, Approvals, Resources), Visitors (Watch List), Contracts Templates, Insurance Profiles, Reading Definitions and Values, Incident Types, and Accounting Charge Codes. Export options provide flexibility to download all available columns or just the columns currently visible in your view.
- Custom incident fields added to grid and export: Custom fields from Incident Type forms can be found in the Incident grid and are included in all incident exports. These custom columns can be added to the grid view for immediate access to the specific incident details that matter most to your operations. Find all complete incident data including all custom fields exports through Incidents > Actions.
- Phone number column added to vendor and tenant imports: Vendor and Tenant bulk import files accept phone numbers directly. The import templates feature Phone Number columns for the vendor or tenant organization itself, eliminating manual entry after bulk import completion This improvement speeds up onboarding for new vendors and tenants significantly, particularly when adding multiple contacts at once.
- Thai and Non-English characters preserved in Inspection PDFs: Inspection PDFs display all languages exactly as they appear in the web interface, including Thai script and other non-English characters.
- Work order exports include clickable URLs: Work Order exports and reports display a URL column with direct clickable links to each work order. Detailed work order information is immediately accessible from spreadsheets or reports without manually constructing or typing URLs.
- Work Order comments added to print and export functions: Work Order comments are now included when printing or exporting work orders. Complete work order documentation with all associated communication history is available in one place without manual transcription or separate documentation
- Estimated labor column added to work order imports:Work Order bulk import files accept estimated labor hours directly. The import template features an Estimated Hours/Labor column that accommodates labor hour estimates for each work order. When uploading preventive maintenance work orders, emergency repairs, or planned projects in bulk, labor estimates become part of the initial data set.
- Employee ID column added to users import template: Users bulk import files now accept Employee IDs directly. The import template features an Employee ID column that accommodates this data during initial user creation or when updating existing user records.
- Preventive Maintenance readings definition import fixed for automatic procedure linking: Readings definitions link correctly to PM procedures during import, dramatically reducing preventive maintenance program setup time. The "procedure" column in the import template clearly specifies that it requires the procedure's external key, with updated documentation guiding the process.
- Purchase Orders enhanced with improved imports and exports: Purchase Orders support more complete import and export capabilities. Status and service categories import directly in bulk files, eliminating manual updates after upload. The export includes the external key field, supporting seamless integration with external financial systems. The export interface has been corrected to accurately display "Service Categories" instead of the previous "Service Type" label.
Eliminate irrelevant error messages
Error messages will reset properly when navigating between pages in Prism. Previously, error messages from previously viewed records could persist even when moving to a different page.
