Automatic reservation booking on calendar view

Creating reservations is now even faster and more intuitive. When viewing the day or week calendar, simply click on any 30-minute time slot to instantly open the reservation form with your selected start time already populated. This streamlined process eliminates manual time entry, allowing you to book spaces more efficiently within the Prism platform.

Additional filters and color coding for resources

We've updated the resource reservations calendar with dynamic color-coding that automatically assigns one of ten distinct colors to each resource, making availability more recognizable.

Administrators can customize these colors system-wide by editing resources in either the Space Management or Resource Reservations modules.

The calendar now features expanded filtering options—including resource type, floor, tenant company, and capacity—allowing you to find exactly what you need quickly. Additionally, a current time indicator has been added to weekly and daily views, providing better context for immediate availability.
