Move in/out inspections for spaces

Initiate a Move-In task to capture the condition of the suite when a tenant moves-in. This task will be triggered on demand as move-in dates can vary. Users can specify the desired timeframe for completion.

Similarly, when the tenant is moves out, you can launch a Move-Out task. This task will also be triggered on demand to align with varied move-out dates. Users can determine the due by timeframe for this task. You will initiate the Move In/Out Inspections from the My Spaces module.

Generate a Comparison Report to easily review the condition of a space during move in and move out.

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Access the My Spaces Module and select the desired property and space for the move in/out inspection comparison.
  2. On the right-hand navigation menu, click on "Create Comparison Report".
  3. You'll be prompted to select the specific Inspection Tasks that you wish to compare.

The Comparison Report will display a side-by-side assessment of the suite/space condition during move in and move out. If necessary, users can also print the Comparison Report for future reference.
