Emergency Broadcast Messaging
We are excited to introduce the new Emergency Broadcast Messaging feature, an add-on to the existing Communications Module. This powerful tool enables Property Managers to swiftly alert tenants and property team members during urgent situations.
Key features include:
- Emergency Messaging: Quickly create and send urgent messages via email and/or text, effectively communicating the sense of urgency to recipients.
- Templates: Create message templates for common emergency scenarios, enabling expedited message dispatch.
- When creating a new Communications Message, users can choose between the Standard Message (included in the Communications Module) or the Emergency Message (module add-on).
- Response Collection: Set up pre-defined responses, allowing tenants to easily communicate their status and immediate needs.
- Analytics & Reporting: Access detailed delivery and response analytics in Prism or receive them via email, ensuring you stay informed about the effectiveness of your communications.
This new feature can be enabled at the account or building level. Property managers can effectively safeguard their tenants and property through prompt and clear emergency notifications. Additionally, leadership teams can receive timely reports to capture responses and take appropriate action.

Property scoping and filtering
Updates to the Messages and Audiences grids, make it even easier for you to navigate and manage your property communications.
"Only My" filters: In the Communications module, we have introduced "Only My" filters on the messages, audiences, and templates grids. These filters allow you to view messages, audiences, or templates that you have created exclusively. Now, when you access the Messages or Audiences grids, you will only see the properties that you have access to, ensuring a streamlined and personalized experience.
Please note that these filters will be coming soon to Mobile.
