Export certificate dates without extra timestamps

The Compliance Expiry Date column showed dates with timestamps (MM/DD/YYYY H:MM), even though Prism doesn't track time for expiry dates.

The new export shows dates only, matching how expiry dates appear everywhere else in Prism.

Import and export complete certificate information

Certificate exports were missing external IDs, approval status, additional insured details, and archive dates. The updated exports will now include:

  • Certificate external IDs for tracking across systems
  • Approval status (pending, approved, rejected)
  • Additional insured entities and notes
  • Archive dates

You can upload self-insured statuses in bulk. The field names will match what you see on screen (example: "Name" instead of "Certificate Name").

Additional filters and better sorting:

Filter by building, coverage requirements, expiration status, self-insured certificates, compliance overrides, archive status, and creation date. Sorting handles expired certificates and self-insured policies consistently across all views.

Archive COIs automatically

The system archives old certificates automatically after you renew them. This happens 24 hours after all coverage dates on the original certificate have expired. If any coverage period is still active, the old certificate stays visible so you can review it manually. This prevents accidental gaps in coverage.

Stay on your page after saving insurance records

Previously, saving any insurance record, company, certificate, or renewal, sent you back to the module homepage.

After saving, you stay on the same detail page with all tabs and information intact. This works consistently for creating, editing, and renewing records in all browsers.
