Work Orders

Enhanced NTE management for recurring and scheduled work orders

When you set an NTE limit on a parent scheduled work order, that amount automatically carries forward to every occurrence. This includes complete inheritance of NTE amounts, status, and baselines from parent to child work orders.

Once a vendor approves an NTE amount for a recurring schedule, all future generated child work orders automatically inherit that approval status. The history column indicates when changes were triggered from the parent work order.

NTE invoice validation controls

This update prevents vendors from uploading invoices that exceed approved NTE amounts before they enter the approval workflow. The system validates invoice amounts against active NTE limits in real-time, blocking non-compliant submissions while providing clear guidance on next steps.

A new "Can submit vendor invoices that exceed the NTE amount" permission (automatically enabled for Account Admins, Managers, Coordinators, and Vendor Managers) provides flexibility when needed.
