Project permissions admin for budgets

Administrators now have granular control over budget operations with new permission settings that can be assigned across different user roles. The permissions manage access to budget creation, revisions, approval workflows, and threshold management.

New Permissions:

  • Can Approve Category Budget – Controls who can approve budgets at the category level.
  • Can Approve Account Budget - Determines which users can approve account-level budgets.
  • Can Manage Budget Thresholds - Sets who has permission to configure and modify budget threshold settings.
