Prism AI has received a major upgrade! While you can continue to analyze your files and uploaded documents, the upgrade allows you to ask natural language questions directly about your live property data.
Ask questions like:
- How many work orders did we complete last month and what was our average response time?
- Optimize my preventive maintenance schedules for all equipment at 78 Main Street. Also tell me which equipment doesn’t have an associated preventive maintenance schedule.
- Show me equipment with more than 3 work orders in the last 90 days. List the equipment issues and tell me what repairs to prioritize based on the make, model and age of the equipment
Currently available for Work Order, My Equipment, Preventive Maintenance, Impairment, and My Properties data.

Building scoping for files
Prism AI now has clearer rules about which files it can access based on your building settings. If Prism AI is enabled for specific buildings, it will only analyze files connected to them. Files linked to buildings where Prism AI is disabled won't be available for analysis. Files not tied to any specific building remain accessible at the account level.
