New Prism navigation bar
Prism's redesigned horizontal navigation bar delivers a modern, streamlined experience that keeps your essential actions within easy reach. The persistent top bar features account switching, support resources, and your profile menu, creating a cleaner interface that helps you work more efficiently. This enhanced navigation maintains Prism's powerful functionality while providing a polished experience across both desktop and mobile devices.
Updated Work Order completion date and time permissions
You now have greater control over who can modify completion dates and times on finished work orders. This permission setting determines which users can edit information after a work order has been marked complete.
Please note the "Can Edit work order completion date and time" permission has moved from the General section to the Work Orders section of the permissions grid for improved organization and consistency.
Enhanced page navigation
Navigate through your records more efficiently with new navigation arrows added to multiple modules throughout Prism. Easily move between records in Work Order Invoices (from the Approvals tab or work order details), My Equipment grid, My Properties "All" grid, My Companies "All" grid, My Files "Files" grid, and Tenant Compliance "Tasks" grid.
The navigation respects your access permissions and follows the exact order of displayed records, including any active filters and current sorting preferences. You'll only be able to navigate to records you have permission to view.
