Dedicated Contact Center
The mobile app now includes a dedicated Contact Center that gives you centralized access to all your contacts across tenants, vendors, and property managers in one convenient location.
What's available:
- Organized Contact Lists display contacts by type (Property Management, Vendor, Tenant) for easy browsing.
- Complete contact details show names, titles, companies, email addresses, and phone numbers.
- Search and filter capabilities let you search across properties and property groups, then filter by organization, property, tenant, or vendor.
- Primary contact identification makes it easy to spot contacts marked as "primary" on company or property profiles.
- Contact roles can be managed in Admin > Contact Roles tab.

Print and share mobile work orders
Generate and share professional work order PDFs directly from your mobile device, making it easy to communicate work order details with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders.

Enhanced work order and preventive maintenance list details
The work order and preventive maintenance list pages will display critical information at the top of the page, matching the web experience for better workload management.
Status, priority, due date, assignee, company name, and specific location details (like suite or roof information) are all visible directly on list items. All information syncs automatically when updates are made, so you can quickly assess urgency and manage your workload without opening individual work orders.
