Expanded Property Details page

Improvements have been made to the property information available in the Prism mobile app. When accessing properties from the Properties menu on the app home screen, users now have access to additional information, including:

  • Interactive map of the property’s surrounding area
  • Direct navigation via Google Maps or Apple Maps without leaving the app
  • Detailed access instructions for the property
  • Quick link to the property’s website
  • Key property details such as:

• Square footage

• Number of floors

• Time zone

• Unit count

• Year built

• Property ID

Note that the app will only display the details that contain data for each specific property.

Enhanced usability and task syncing

Our latest update to the Prism Mobile app focused on improved performance and user experience.

This release enhances the app’s stability by reducing crashes, eliminating bugs, and resolving issues with non-responsive or frozen screens. For users working in areas with limited connectivity, we’ve optimized the app’s ability to sync tasks completed offline.

Additionally, there are minor adjustments to the work order interface, such as refined margins and padding sizes and updated button labels for improved clarity and navigation.
