Vendor manifest
The new Vendor Manifest provides a unified directory of all vendor companies across your properties, eliminating scattered and duplicate vendor records. Advanced search and filtering by service type, location, and status help you quickly find the right vendors while automated data syncs keep all the information current.
Note: Users' Permission Group must have "Can Manage Vendor Manifest" permission enabled to access the Vendor Manifest tab in My Companies.
Vendor Manifest hides classified information like COIs or contracts but allows you to review:
- Contact details (if available)
- Properties (only those you have access to)
- Services offered
- Files (only for those properties you have access to)
- Custom fields
- Settings and descriptions
- Areas served: check whether the vendor can perform in your area. Can be managed independently of property associations to indicate potential service coverage
When creating vendors, Prism will show existing vendors with similar names to prevent duplicate entry
