Overnight reservations
Reserve spaces for extended events and conferences with new overnight booking capabilities. The system automatically calculates costs for multi-day reservations and displays availability clearly on the calendar, making it easy to manage long-term space commitments.
Note: The resource must be available all day unless the user has "Can Override Resource Settings" permission.
Hidden canceled reservations
Calendar views will automatically hide canceled reservations, giving you a cleaner view of actual space availability. You can still access canceled reservations by adjusting the status filter when needed, reducing booking confusion and visual clutter. to view them, the filter for "Status" must include "Canceled".
Maintain the "Date" field when editing reservations
The date field now maintains your original reservation date when making edits, instead of jumping to today's date. This keeps you focused on the right timeframe and makes it easier to reschedule or modify existing bookings.
New search filters
Locate reservations faster with "Created by" and "Only My Reservations" filters. Quickly view your own bookings or search for reservations created by specific team members.
