Updated “Floor/Spaces” filter logic:

The Floor/Spaces filter now shows only options from your currently selected properties, eliminating irrelevant choices and streamlining your search process. This filter was moved under the “Property” filter section.

Partial identifier search capability

You can now search for any work order or task using just the last portion of its ID—type "009283" instead of the full "W-00093-009283" to find what you need instantly.

Consistent decimal and dollar amounts across all modules

We’ve updated the platform so that financial calculations now use the same precision throughout Prism. We’ve eliminated discrepancies where charges showed different amounts in different modules. For example, For example, a charge appearing as $62.09 in work orders could show as $62.10 in accounting batches.

You'll see identical dollar figures whether viewing work orders, accounting batches, or reports.
