Prism’s new  tools to help you maintain an accurate, current collection of Certificates of Insurance (COIs).

Archive certificates that are no longer needed but that you want to keep for your records. Archived certificates are hidden from your main grid view and excluded from your company's compliance calculations.

Delete Feature: When you need to permanently remove a COI from Prism, you can now delete it entirely. Use this option only when you're certain you won't need the certificate record in the future.
