Vendor Management

Full block vendor suspension

This feature prevents suspended vendors from receiving new Preventive Maintenance tasks, Work Orders, or Inspections. When activated, it automatically reassigns the suspended vendor's tasks to Unassigned. Users can suspend vendors at the company or property level.

To toggle this feature, navigate to

  • Admin
  • My Account
  • Settings
  • My Companies

To suspend a vendor, navigate to:

  • My Companies grid
  • Click into the vendor company page
  • In the Actions dropdown, click Suspend Company (This can be property-specific)

All assigned work to the suspended vendor company will now be “Unassigned”. When viewing a task, users will see a warning if the originally assigned company is now suspended.

A new Suspended Assignee filter allows users to differentiate between regular unassigned work and tasks unassigned due to vendor suspension. This feature improves vendor management, minimizes errors, and prevents suspended companies from receiving new assignments until their reinstatement.
