We’ve heard from property teams the importance behind specificity of task scope with regards to equipment and its impact on efficiency and completion.

So, we’ve added the ability to specify equipments when creating tenant compliance schedules so that every task sent to tenants have clear scope on the units they’re responsible for maintaining. Additionally, we’ve added a number of quality of life improvements such as the ability to ‘Decline’ a task without the need for a submission and searching against task ID.
